You may cancel your order within 6 hours or purchase, to receive a full refund. After 6 hours you are subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that's been done. Custom pieces/personalized cannot be cancelled after 12 hours and are subject to the 50% restocking fee.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
If there is a default in the product, the return cost is our responsibility. If you need a repair caused by wear or resize the return cost is your responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange if we believe the items are intentionally damaged or misused.
Returns and exchanges are available if there is a defect in the product. To be eligible, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

SHIPPING & HANDLING:
All of our jewelry is custom made, so please expect a 2-3 weeks waiting time while we craft the item especially for you. You will be notified if the time is long during the holidays. Order will ship after two weeks, if in stock it can be shipped earlier. We will notify you when your piece ships.
We ship USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation/tracking and with included $50 insurance coverage at a flat rate of $5 USD.
Please ship to an address where your package may be received by someone you trust. We are not responsible for lost, missing, stolen, or damaged parcels. If you suspect your package has gone missing or lost, we'll do our best to open a shipping claim.
If you are local and would like to arrange pick up, select LOCAL PICKUP at checkout and we will email you to arrange a pick up at our home studio.
